Sometimes there is a bad connection between the Thermostat and the internet. The white status LED may flash due to a problem with your server or provider, even though the Wi-Fi connection is good. If in doubt, you can check the Wi-Fi connection as follows:
Briefly press the reset button on the bottom of the ThermoSmart.
The SSID and IP address will appear on the screen. The SSID must be the name of your network. The IP address should not be 169.254.1.1. If this IP address is displayed, you have entered an incorrect password.
If the IP number is correct and the SSID matches your network name, then the Wi-Fi connection is good.
